與岸為鄰——上海北外灘公共藝術方案征集活動入圍公告

“與岸為鄰——上海北外灘公共藝術方案征集活動”自2025年5月19日正式啟動以來，得到了全球藝術家、設計師及專業團隊的廣泛關注與積極響應。截至2025年8月31日投稿截止，組委會共收到大量契合北外灘在地空間的高質量作品方案。

為確保評選工作的專業性、公平性與公正性，本次活動嚴格遵循既定評審規則。依據“創意的新穎性、技術的可行性以及對主題的詮釋深度”三大核心標準，對作品方案進行了嚴謹評議。經綜合考量作品方案質量、創作理念與北外灘自然景觀、人文歷史及城市風貌的契合度、藝術表現力及功能實用性等因素，評選出一批入圍作品。現將入圍名單予以公示，接受社會監督。

Since its official launch on May 19, 2025, the "Neighboring the Waterfront - Shanghai North Bund Public Art Competition" has received widespread attention and positive responses from artists, designers, and professional teams worldwide. As of the submission deadline on August 31, 2025, the organizing committee has received a large number of high-quality proposals that are well-suited to the North Bund’s unique spatial context.

To ensure the professionalism, fairness, and impartiality of the selection process, the evaluation strictly followed the established judging rules. Based on the three core criteria - novelty of creativity, technical feasibility, and depth of interpretation of the theme - all proposals were rigorously assessed. After comprehensive consideration of the quality of the proposal, creative concept, compatibility with the North Bund’s natural landscape, cultural history, and urban character, as well as artistic expression and functional practicality, a group of shortlisted entries has been selected. The shortlist is hereby publicly announced for public supervision.

- Anonymous, pseudonymous, or unverifiable calls or letters will not be accepted by the organizing committee.

- The organizing committee reserves the right to pursue legal action against any malicious interference with the selection process or false accusations.

- If no objections are raised during the public notice period, or if objections are found to be unfounded, the shortlisted works will proceed to the next stage of detailed design and offline exhibition preparation. Some outstanding works will be publicly displayed in core areas of the North Bund or other art spaces.

The final interpretation right of this event belongs to the organizing committee.
