11月3日，嶗山區(qū)LS0301-17地塊住宅項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃及建筑方案批前公示，項(xiàng)目由青島海富房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司建設(shè)，位于嶗山區(qū)銀川東路以西、仙霞嶺路以東、規(guī)劃五路以南。
項(xiàng)目用地面積約18653㎡，規(guī)劃總建筑面積65795㎡，其中，地上計容建筑面積37306㎡，容積率2.0，建筑密度30%，綠地率35%，地下車位347個。
項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃7棟住宅樓，分別為12-16層，附近分別規(guī)劃30班初中和24班小學(xué)，具體方案另行研究。
