特朗普稱：自己將有幸“拿下古巴”，會對它實施“溫柔接管”

據CNBC報道，美國總統唐納德·特朗普周一在白宮簽署一項行政命令時表示，他認為自己將有幸“拿下古巴”（President Donald Trump on Monday said he thinks he will have the “honor” of “taking Cuba”。

特朗普在副總統JD·萬斯的陪同下，在橢圓形辦公室對記者說：“無論我是解放它，還是拿下它，我想我可以對它為所欲為。”

他還稱，“古巴現在是一個非常虛弱的國家（They’re a very weakened nation right now）。”

特朗普總統此番針對古巴的言論發表之際，美國對伊朗的戰爭已進入第三周。特朗普在沖突中鼓動伊朗民眾推翻其政府，這也是他發動戰爭的諸多理由之一（Trump has encouraged the people of Iran to depose their government in that conflict, one of a litany of reasons he has given for starting the war）。

特朗普近期表示，美國在伊朗達成目標后，將把矛頭轉向古巴。他威脅對這個加勒比國家實施“溫柔接管”（He has threatened a “friendly takeover” of the Caribbean nation）。

古巴數十年來一直是美國的對手，僅在巴拉克·奧巴馬當總統期間曾短暫緩和關系（which has been an adversary of the U.S. for decades except for a brief thaw when Barack Obama was president）。

對古巴的威脅是特朗普第二任期內推行更激進外交政策的最新例證（The Cuba threats are the latest example of Trump’s more aggressive foreign policy during his second term in the White House）。

除對伊朗開戰外，特朗普還下令軍事行動抓捕委內瑞拉領導人尼古拉斯·馬杜羅，并多次提出收購丹麥北極領地格陵蘭島。丹麥方面則一再表示格陵蘭島不出售（Denmark has repeatedly said Greenland is not for sale）。

馬杜羅被捕后，白宮實際上封鎖了哈瓦（古巴首都）那從委內瑞拉獲取石油的渠道，導致這個島國陷入能源與經濟危機（That has caused an energy and economic crisis in the island country）。

古巴方面上周證實，正與特朗普當局就潛在解決方案進行談判。特朗普周一也確認了談判事宜。

特朗普說，“我可以告訴你，他們正在和我們談；這是一個失敗的國家，沒有石油，一無所有，他們只有不錯的土地（I can tell you that they’re talking to us; it’s a failed nation, they have no oil, they have no nothing，they have nice land）。”
