財聯社4月10日電，據報道，中東產油國已要求亞洲煉油廠提交4月和5月的原油裝船計劃，為最終恢復通過霍爾木茲海峽的運輸做準備。消息人士稱，全球最大的石油出口商沙特阿美已要求其客戶提交5月份從延布港及拉斯坦努拉港裝載貨物的申報計劃。
