據(jù)中國新聞周刊4月3日從代理律師處獲悉，河北孟村家暴致妻死亡案被告人金昊已被執(zhí)行死刑。
另據(jù)央視新聞：2025年12月9日，記者從河北滄州市中級人民法院獲悉，滄州市中級人民法院一審公開宣判，判處被告人金昊死刑，剝奪政治權(quán)利終身；判處被告人張杰（金昊母親，幫助毀滅證據(jù)罪）有期徒刑2年2個月。
