女子瘋狂投簡歷，遇到神仙HR！網友：看得我眼淚稀里嘩啦

“當時覺得很意外，沒想到對方會安慰我。”

近期，來自廣東佛山的2025屆畢業生張女士正因投簡歷找工作焦慮時，獲得一名素未謀面的HR安慰。兩人的聊天記錄在網上引發關注。

A comforting exchange between a job seeker and a hiring manager in Foshan, Guangdong province, has drawn widespread attention online after the recruiter offered unexpected encouragement during her job search.

張女士向記者講述了事情的來龍去脈。上述HR回應道，“這只是一件小事。”

“這件事發生在3月8日。”張女士告訴記者，她是2025屆室內設計專業的畢業生，以設計類工作和其他專業相關的崗位作為求職方向。上述暖心HR來自廣東佛山南海區一家金屬制品企業。

事發前兩天，張女士因家里催得緊，投了約50家公司的崗位。“軟件上大部分的HR都是已讀不回，或者是連看都不看。我的精神高度緊繃、極度焦慮。看到他的暖心話語后，真的一下子沒繃住哭了出來。”

Zhang said the incident occurred on March 8 while she was applying for design-related and other relevant positions. Two days earlier, she had submitted about 50 applications under pressure from her family. "Most recruiters either read the message without replying or didn't open it," she said. "I was extremely anxious. When I saw his kind words, I couldn't hold back my tears."

張女士說，HR查看她的作品集后表示，作品效果畫得很好，但是偏向設計，更適合裝修公司，“我們是工廠，偏向實際應用”。對方還安慰她放寬心，不用焦慮和迷茫，“當時我和你一樣，特別是看著同學陸陸續續找到工作了，更是著急得不得了。但是現在想想，真的覺得沒必要。”

HR鼓勵張女士在起步階段找到更合適自己的方向，一旦沒選對，反而會白白浪費時間，千萬不要病急亂投醫，實在不好找，在家躺一躺也沒事。

After reviewing her portfolio, the HR said her drawings were impressive but more suited to decoration companies. He encouraged her not to panic about finding a job. He suggested she focus on a direction that suited her, adding that it was better to take a short break than rush into an unsuitable job.

“當時覺得很意外，沒想到對方會安慰我。”張女士告訴記者，HR的話很大程度上緩解了她焦慮的心情。在她分享的內容之外，HR還給她提了兼職方面的建議。

Zhang said the message greatly eased her stress. Besides the advice she shared online, the HR also offered suggestions about part-time work.

3月13日，記者聯系了這家位于廣東佛山南海的企業，HR左先生向記者證實了此事，他既是公司的老板，也負責公司的招聘工作。他表示，“這只是一件小事。”

On Friday, reporters contacted the company. The HR, surnamed Zuo, confirmed the exchange, saying he is both the owner and responsible for recruitment, adding that it was "just a small thing".

現在，張女士依然在一邊做兼職，一邊繼續找與設計或其他專業技能相關的正職工作。“希望大家都能早日找到心儀的工作，就算暫時找不到也沒關系，學習一些新的東西，做一些自己喜歡的事情，也可以豐富人生。”

Zhang said she is currently doing part-time work while continuing to look for a full-time position related to design or other professional skills. She said she hopes others can also find jobs they truly like.

網友感動：公司還招人嗎？

兩人的對話感動眾多網友。有人覺得HR超級真誠，給出的建議很受用有被安慰到，“看得我眼淚稀里嘩啦。”

也有人問公司還招不招人，“這么好的HR，錯過好可惜。”
