男子做核磁共振被遺忘近6小時，清晨才被保潔員發現！醫院致歉

3月13日，華中科技大學同濟醫學院附屬同濟醫院官網就“一患者做核磁共振被遺忘6小時”發布《情況通報》：

經查，2月26日凌晨，放射科值班人員違反工作紀律和交接班制度，導致該患者檢查完成后被遺忘在檢查臺近6小時。該院醫務管理部門第一時間向患者誠懇致歉，陪同患者進行全面健康檢查，就后續賠償事宜與患者家屬保持積極溝通。該院成立整改專班，責令相關科室深刻檢查，對涉事醫務人員作出停職處理。

A hospital in Wuhan has suspended staff after a patient was mistakenly left on an MRI examination table for nearly six hours following a scan.

Tongji Hospital said on Friday that the incident occurred in the early hours of Feb 26 due to violations of work discipline and shift handover procedures by radiology staff on duty. The hospital apologized to the patient, arranged a health check and suspended the staff involved.

據上游新聞此前報道，因頸部疼痛，武漢的唐先生預約了核磁共振檢查。2月25日晚10時許，他來到同濟醫院漢口院區17棟1樓等號。2月26日凌晨0時許，他躺在2號檢查室核磁共振機上，手機放在檢查室窗臺邊的桌上，醫生固定了其頭部，臉部罩著面罩。

唐先生介紹，躺下半小時后，他喊道“怎么還沒做完”，無人應答。隨后，他多次呼喊，依舊無人回應。

唐先生說，他本想自己脫困，但聽到核磁共振機仍在作響，不敢動彈。直到清晨6時許，他聽到檢查室外有動靜，又喊了幾聲，接著醫院工作人員趕來，他這才脫困。“6點，保潔員來打掃衛生，是保潔員喊來保安，我頭部被松開，我才落地。”

Earlier reports said the patient, surnamed Tang, went for an MRI scan due to neck pain. He arrived around 10 pm on Feb 25 and was placed on the scanner shortly after midnight, with his head fixed. After about half an hour, he called out several times but received no response. Around 6 am, a cleaner alerted security after hearing him shout, and staff released him.

見丈夫檢查遲遲未回家，電話不接，唐先生妻子趕到醫院并報警。保安拿著就診記錄告訴民警和唐先生妻子，記錄顯示，唐先生2月26日凌晨0時10分，已做完檢查。

Tang's wife went to the hospital and called police after he failed to return home and did not answer his phone. Security staff later showed records indicating the scan had been completed at 00:10 am on Feb 26.

為何會被困6小時？

3月12日，涉事醫生稱，她把唐先生“綁”在機器上后，因其他工作急著做，便離開了。離開之前，她在系統上記下唐先生檢查已完成，并告訴同事唐先生還在機器上。沒想到，同事忘了檢查機器上還有人。

A doctor involved said she secured the patient on the machine, marked the scan as completed in the system and informed a colleague that he was still on the scanner before leaving to handle other work. The colleague later forgot Tang remained on the examination table.

該醫生稱，唐先生的檢查所需時間約20分鐘，但核磁共振機一般不關機，所以他會聽到機器在響。這位醫生強調核磁共振對身體健康無影響。

武漢另一家三甲醫院放射科主任稱，因為超導磁體需要維持極低溫和穩定磁場，核磁共振機一旦啟動，通常不會在檢查中途隨意關機。核磁共振沒有電離輻射，不會像X光或CT那樣對身體造成累積傷害，目前沒有證據表明磁共振檢查對健康有影響。

The doctor involved said the scan usually takes about 20 minutes and MRI machines typically keep running. A radiology director at another hospital said MRI scans do not involve ionizing radiation and there is no evidence they harm human health.

賠償金額一事雙方未談攏，院方建議唐先生起訴。

The two sides have not reached an agreement on compensation. The hospital has suggested the patient pursue legal action.
