小知識
河鲀指鲀形目四齒鲀科多紀鲀屬Takifugu的魚類。它們在受到驚嚇時，會吸入大量水或空氣使自己鼓成球狀。它們體內含有很難被高溫破壞的河鲀毒素，皮膚、肝臟、卵巢、精巢、腸和血液等部位有劇毒，誤食很危險。
