商家稱是為防水果掉落，網(wǎng)友不認(rèn)可，認(rèn)為應(yīng)提前告知。商家讓申請(qǐng)退款并上門取蛋糕，網(wǎng)友因平臺(tái)無提示音沒看到消息，食用一半后商家到樓下仍取走并倒掉剩余蛋糕，網(wǎng)友憤怒。
