伊朗議會國安委通過霍爾木茲海峽管理方案

據塔斯尼姆通訊社等伊朗媒體30日報道，伊朗伊斯蘭議會國家安全委員會通過霍爾木茲海峽管理方案，確立伊朗武裝部隊的管控角色，明確禁止美國、以色列以及對伊朗進行單邊制裁的國家的船只通過該海峽。

方案內容還包括航運安全、環境保護、財務安排及關稅制度，以及與海峽對岸的阿曼在法律機制框架內開展合作。

The Iranian parliamentary committee on national security and foreign policy has approved a toll plan for ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz, the Tasnim news agency reported, citing a committee member.

According to him, the plan also bans ships associated with the US, Israel and the countries that have imposed unilateral sanctions on Iran from transiting the strait.

特朗普欲讓阿拉伯國家為美國打伊朗埋單

美國白宮新聞秘書萊維特30日在記者會上說，美總統特朗普有意呼吁阿拉伯國家承擔美對伊朗軍事行動的費用，并稱這是特朗普自己的一個想法。

被問及阿拉伯國家是否會協助支付戰爭費用時，萊維特表示，她認為特朗普“會非常有興趣呼吁他們去落實這件事”，“據我所知，這是他確實有過的一個想法。而且我認為，你們隨后會聽到他就此發表更多言論”。

Trump is interested in calling on Arab countries to pay for the cost ?of the Iran war, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said on Monday, adding talks with Tehran to end the conflict are progressing well.

Leavitt, asked at a news briefing whether Arab countries would step up to help pay for the war, said she would not get ahead of the Republican president but that it was an idea that Trump had.

萊維特說，美國對伊朗的軍事行動正“按計劃進行”，美方仍維持軍事行動將持續“4到6周”的說法。

特朗普26日在社交媒體發文，宣布將對伊朗能源設施的“摧毀”行動推遲10天，期限延至美國東部時間4月6日20時。

Trump said he would again extend the deadline for Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz or face the destruction of its energy plants, after Tehran had earlier rejected a 15-point US proposal to end the fighting as "one-sided and unfair".

"At the request of the Iranian government, I am pausing the period of energy plant destruction by 10 days to Monday, April 6, 2026, at 8 pm, Eastern Time," Trump wrote on social media.
