2026年3月17日23時許，公安機關(guān)接到合肥市高新區(qū)某科技公司報案，稱有人在網(wǎng)上捏造散布該公司裁員虛假信息，損害企業(yè)聲譽。
經(jīng)查，沙某（男，31歲）為博取關(guān)注，在網(wǎng)上杜撰該公司“向政府備案裁員30%”等不實信息，引發(fā)網(wǎng)民關(guān)注，造成惡劣社會影響。目前，沙某已被公安機關(guān)依法處以行政拘留。
