4月20日報道，寧夏一小學生拒絕“借”車遭毆打，施暴者逼其打開家門翻找財物，警方定性為“尋釁滋事”，對8名未滿14歲施暴者不予行政處罰，僅責令監護人“嚴加管教”；1名滿14歲者被行政拘留12日但不予執行，母親看到視頻氣得吃救心丸，以入室搶劫再報案。（極目新聞）
