財聯社4月8日電，伊朗常駐聯合國代表伊拉瓦尼7日在安理會發言時表示，俄羅斯和中國對涉霍爾木茲海峽決議草案投反對票，阻止了濫用安理會使美國和以色列侵略伊朗合法化的行為。聯合國安理會7日就一項涉霍爾木茲海峽決議草案進行表決。15個成員中，11票贊成，巴基斯坦和哥倫比亞棄權，作為常任理事國的中國和俄羅斯投反對票，草案未獲通過。 (新華社)
