4月5日凌晨，易烊千璽工作室發布聲明：

近日，工作室發現部分網絡平臺傳播擅自使用易烊千璽先生肖像等生成的AI劇集，易烊千璽先生未曾參演相關劇集，也未授權第三方將其肖像等進行AI合成。

現工作室已就前述侵權行為委請律師開展維權工作。同時正告相關主體立即下線、停止傳播相關侵權劇集內容，工作室將積極采取法律措施追究侵權主體的全部法律責任。

In the early hours of Sunday, the studio of Chinese actor Jackson Yee? issued a statement condemning the unauthorized use of his likeness in AI-generated short dramas. The studio clarified that Yee has never acted in or authorized any third party to use his portrait for such productions.

Legal proceedings have been initiated against the infringing parties, and the studio has demanded the immediate removal and cessation of all related content.

據報道，近日多位網友發帖，一短劇平臺上多部AI短劇在未經授權的情況下，使用AI合成技術盜用藝人易烊千璽的肖像及聲音。

According to online posts, several AI-generated short dramas on a popular short-video platform have been found using synthetic versions of Yee's appearance and voice without permission.

有網友上傳的視頻畫面顯示，一部名為《午夜公車：她捉詭超兇的！》的短劇中，出現了一名與易烊千璽肖像極為相似的演員，聲音也高度相似。

在相關帖文評論區，多部短劇也被網友指出使用了相似手法，同樣涉嫌盜用易烊千璽的肖像，其中一部名為《騙我投個好胎？行，你們別后悔》的短劇熱度值接近7500萬。

上述幾部短劇均為AI生成短劇。目前，涉嫌侵權的畫面已被刪除或更改，但作品仍正常播放。

4月4日，短劇平臺人工客服回應稱，已收到大量相關反饋，工作人員正在核實處理中。“因為AI短劇目前是新的類型，所以可能存在審核方面的不完善，我們會盡力完善該類型的審核。”

As of Saturday, some of the infringing scenes had been edited out, though the dramas themselves remained available. A customer service representative stated that they had received numerous complaints and were reviewing the matter, noting that "AI short dramas are a new genre, so there may be gaps in the review process."

客服表示，相關作品是否下架，需視后續版權方與審核方的處理情況而定。“如果已經做出了整改并且版權方沒有追究，可能是不會下架的。”

在評論區，不少人@易烊千璽，建議維權！

律師表示，根據民法典及司法實踐，肖像權侵權的認定標準是可識別性，而非技術手段。只要AI生成的角色，能讓公眾聯想到特定的真實人物，就可能構成侵權。

On social media, many netizens have called on Yee to take legal action. Legal experts point out that under Chinese law, the standard for determining portrait right infringement is "identifiability" — meaning that if an AI-generated character reminds the public of a specific real person, infringement may have occurred, regardless of the technology used.
