當地時間3月25日，智利國家銅業公司發表聲明稱，該公司與英美資源集團就安第納-洛斯布隆塞斯地區聯合采礦計劃達成的協議已獲得反壟斷批準。
聲明稱，該計劃將在2030年至2051年間，使該地區的精銅年均產量增加約12萬噸，在此期間釋放約270萬噸額外銅資源，且單位成本更低，無需進行大量額外投資。
