依據(jù)教育部《關(guān)于加快推進(jìn)獨立學(xué)院轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)工作的實施方案》，中央部門所屬高校、部省合建高校舉辦的獨立學(xué)院應(yīng)通過“轉(zhuǎn)為民辦、轉(zhuǎn)為公辦、終止辦學(xué)”3個路徑，率先完成轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)。截至2026年1月，全國已有61所“雙一流”高校舉辦的獨立學(xué)院完成轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)，其中14所轉(zhuǎn)為公辦，42所轉(zhuǎn)為民辦，5所終止辦學(xué)。
