新鄉(xiāng)市人民檢察院依法對釋永信批準(zhǔn)逮捕
嵩山少林寺原住持釋永信涉嫌挪用資金等案，經(jīng)河南省公安廳指定新鄉(xiāng)市公安機(jī)關(guān)立案偵查，由新鄉(xiāng)市公安局提請新鄉(xiāng)市人民檢察院批準(zhǔn)逮捕。日前，新鄉(xiāng)市人民檢察院依法以涉嫌職務(wù)侵占罪、挪用資金罪、非國家工作人員受賄罪對釋永信作出批準(zhǔn)逮捕決定。
