財聯社4月18日電，據水利部消息，今年一季度，全國水利基礎設施建設實現良好開局。1—3月，全國實施各類水利項目24231個，其中新開工水利項目8348個；完成水利建設投資2070億元，同比增長4.1%。水利項目施工吸納就業67萬人，其中農村勞動力54.5萬人，累計發放就業人員工資91億元，農村勞動力工資68.8億元。
