做事別追求極致，給自己和別人都留些空間

見鄰居大姐因一點小事反復糾結，整日愁眉苦臉，連吃飯睡覺都受影響，后來學著放寬心態，整個人輕松不少。

人生在世，莫要鉆牛角尖。在生活里，若總糾結過往、苛求完美、過度付出，反倒疲憊痛苦。不如遇事看淡，與人相處留余地，感情懂得分寸。如此便能釋懷，從此心寬路順，生活自在。

很多煩惱都是自己想出來的，越琢磨越難受，心自然跟著累。早上在公交站，有人因車晚點十分鐘就焦躁抱怨，一路悶悶不樂；有人卻趁機看看街邊風景，慢悠悠等下一班，心情絲毫不受影響。小事想復雜，快樂就沒地方落腳，與其胡思亂想內耗自己，不如放下多余顧慮，把心放寬。

與人相處別太較真，看得太清容易寒心，難得糊涂才舒心。在菜市場買菜，有人因幾毛錢差價和攤主爭執半天，還記掛好幾天；有人覺得菜新鮮就行，多花點錢也不計較，轉身就忘了這事。世上沒有完美的人和關系，事事追究到底，只會讓自己添堵，留些余地相處才舒服。

生活想要順心，第一要少胡思亂想，事情來了就解決，過去了就放下，別反復回味糾結。第二要待人寬容，不深究他人小過錯，不戳破無關緊要的小事，睜一只眼閉一只眼過日子。第三要懂得留余地，感情別付出太滿，做事別追求極致，給自己和別人都留些空間。
