別總在意別人的眼光，不用活成別人期待的樣子

在北京這座快節(jié)奏的城市里，打拼十年的三十歲媽媽林曉，每天周旋于工作與家庭之間，被各種壓力緊緊包裹著。她心里滿是委屈與疲憊，卻從不在朋友圈表露，只是默默把情緒藏起來(lái)，獨(dú)自扛下所有。

長(zhǎng)大后的社交，也慢慢從熱鬧變成了沉默。年輕時(shí)遇到點(diǎn)事就想發(fā)朋友圈吐槽，開(kāi)心難過(guò)都想分享，可如今編輯好的文字，最后還是刪掉。就像在菜市場(chǎng)買菜，有人為了幾毛錢和攤主計(jì)較，轉(zhuǎn)身卻笑著給孩子買零食，成年人的世界，連情緒都要分場(chǎng)合收斂。

生活里的壓力從來(lái)不會(huì)消失，與其一直憋在心里，不如學(xué)會(huì)合理釋放?？梢悦刻炝羰昼娊o自己，聽(tīng)聽(tīng)歌、散散步，不用強(qiáng)迫自己時(shí)刻堅(jiān)強(qiáng)，偶爾放松一下，心里會(huì)舒服很多。
