2026年3月24日，美國國防部官網公布了一批合同公告。其中，弗吉尼亞州阿靈頓的德勤咨詢公司（Deloitte Consulting LLP）獲得了一份價值12,411,430美元（折合人民幣約0.85億元）的固定價格合同，負責美國空戰司令部 (HQ ACC) 的轉型實施工作。該合同旨在為空戰司令部（HQ ACC）提供知識型服務，以支持其組織和流程轉型，應對全球安全挑戰。工作將在弗吉尼亞州蘭利-尤斯蒂斯聯合基地、佛羅里達州埃格林空軍基地和華盛頓特區五角大樓空軍部門進行，預計于2030年2月28日完成。該合同為競爭性采購，僅收到一份報價。合同授予時，將撥付2026財年運營和維護資金690萬美元。空戰司令部采購管理與集成中心（位于弗吉尼亞州蘭利-尤斯蒂斯聯合基地）是該合同的簽約機構（合同編號：FA489026F0045）。

2026年3月27日，美國國防部官網公布了一批合同公告。其中，位于弗吉尼亞州阿靈頓的德勤咨詢公司（Deloitte Consulting LLP）獲得了一份價值19,173,322美元（折合人民幣約1.3億元）的固定價格合同修訂（P00018），合同編號為FA7014-25-F-0145，用于提供技術支持服務。此次修訂使合同累計總金額從145,142,767美元增至164,316,089美元。工作將在華盛頓特區進行，預計于2030年4月24日完成。此次授標是通過競爭性采購程序完成的，共收到兩份報價。授標時尚未撥付任何資金。合同授予機構為位于馬里蘭州安德魯斯聯合基地的美國空軍華盛頓地區合同管理局。

AIR FORCE

Deloitte Consulting LLP, Arlington, Virginia, has been awarded a $12,411,430 firm-fixed-priced contract for Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) transformation implementation. This contract provides for knowledge-based services to support HQ ACC in transforming its organization and processes to meet global security challenges. Work will be performed at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia; Eglin Air Force Base, Florida; and the Air Force Pentagon, Washington, D.C, and is expected to be complete by February 28, 2030. This contract was a competitive acquisition and one offer was received. Fiscal year 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $6,900,000 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Combat Command Acquisition Management and Integration Center, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia is the contracting activity (FA489026F0045).

Deloitte Consulting LLP, Arlington, Virginia, has been awarded a $19,173,322 firm-fixed-price modification (P00018) to contract FA7014-25-F-0145 for technical support services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $164,316,089 from $145,142,767. Work will be performed at Washington, D.C., and is expected to be completed April 24, 2030. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition, and two offers were received. No funds are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force District of Washington Contracting Directorate, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
