據阿聯酋《聯合報》2日報道，阿聯酋國務部長哈利法當天表示，阿聯酋愿參與任何確保霍爾木茲海峽航行安全的相關措施。
哈利法說，霍爾木茲海峽是受國際法約束的重要國際通道。阿聯酋將維護自身合法權益，同時愿參與集體行動以維護地區穩定。
