張凡畢業(yè)于江蘇石油化工學(xué)院,擁有華盛頓大學(xué)奧林商學(xué)院的高級(jí)工商管理碩士學(xué)位,商業(yè)教育經(jīng)歷使他更深入地了解了復(fù)雜行業(yè)環(huán)境中的戰(zhàn)略管理和組織實(shí)踐。
張凡的學(xué)術(shù)研究興趣涵蓋戰(zhàn)略管理、組織與動(dòng)態(tài)能力、供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)作、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移與共創(chuàng)等方面。他尤其關(guān)注企業(yè)在通過不同技術(shù)路徑發(fā)展和重組能力的過程中,如何在復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)性行業(yè)中塑造創(chuàng)新成果。除了學(xué)術(shù)研究之外,他還對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)世界中的管理問題和產(chǎn)業(yè)問題有著濃厚的興趣。

近年來,新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,正從電動(dòng)化向以軟件定義汽車為特征的智能化階段邁進(jìn)。新能源汽車企業(yè)通過內(nèi)部研發(fā)、合作研發(fā)、平臺(tái)化研發(fā)等多元化戰(zhàn)略路徑進(jìn)行技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,但創(chuàng)新表現(xiàn)卻差異顯著。現(xiàn)有研究多聚焦于產(chǎn)業(yè)層面,對(duì)企業(yè)層面不同技術(shù)路徑如何通過動(dòng)態(tài)能力塑造差異化創(chuàng)新成果的內(nèi)在機(jī)理揭示不足。此外,在不同技術(shù)領(lǐng)域下,技術(shù)路徑、動(dòng)態(tài)能力與創(chuàng)新成果三者間的關(guān)系是否存在差異、以及存在何種差異,仍有待探明。
本研究采用兩階段設(shè)計(jì)。研究一運(yùn)用扎根理論構(gòu)建了技術(shù)路徑、動(dòng)態(tài)能力與創(chuàng)新成果間作用機(jī)理的過程模型,并識(shí)別出技術(shù)領(lǐng)域在這一機(jī)理中的關(guān)鍵調(diào)節(jié)作用。基于此,研究二采用模糊集定性比較分析((fsQCA),通過專家評(píng)分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),進(jìn)一步揭示了新能源汽車企業(yè)在不同技術(shù)領(lǐng)域下實(shí)現(xiàn)高創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的多種等效配置路徑。
研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在作為典型復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)中,企業(yè)并非遵循單一的最優(yōu)技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略路徑,而是能夠基于自身資源稟賦,在不同技術(shù)領(lǐng)域采取差異化的技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略,構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的動(dòng)態(tài)能力,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)高創(chuàng)新績(jī)效。
本研究從過程機(jī)理、配置視角與技術(shù)領(lǐng)域三個(gè)維度對(duì)技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略路徑、動(dòng)態(tài)能力與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效進(jìn)行了深入探討,為復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品企業(yè)的技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略路徑?jīng)Q策提供了實(shí)踐啟示。

In recent years, the new energy vehicle (NEV) industry has developed rapidly, moving from electrification toward an intelligent phase characterized by software-defined vehicles (SDVs). NEV firms pursue technological and product innovation through diverse strategic paths, including internal R&D, collaborative R&D, and platform-based R&D, yet their innovation performance varies significantly. Most of existing research focuses on the industry level, offering limited insight into how, at the firm level, different technological paths shape different innovation outcomes through firms’ dynamic capabilities. Furthermore, it remains unclear whether and how these relationships among paths, capabilities, and innovation outcomes differ across technological domains.
This study employs a two-stage design. In Study 1, grounded theory was used to construct a process model that maps the relational mechanism of technological paths, dynamic capabilities, and innovation outcomes, and identify the crucial moderating-role of technological domains within this mechanism. Based on these findings, Study 2 adopts fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA), using expert rating data, to further reveal multiple equivalent configuration pathways through which NEV firms achieve high innovation performance across different technological domains.
The findings demonstrate that within the NEV industry as a typical complex system industry, firms do not rely on a single optimal technological strategy path. Instead, NEV firms can adopt differentiated technological strategies across various domains based on their resource endowments, thereby building corresponding dynamic capabilities to achieve high innovation performance.
This research examines technological strategy paths, dynamic capabilities, and innovation performance across three dimensions: process mechanisms, configuration perspectives, and technological domain. It provides practical guidance about technological strategic path decision-making for firms in complex system industries.
