于2005年獲南京大學工商管理碩士(MBA)學位,并于2020年加入上海交通大學-新加坡管理大學管理學國際博士(DBA)項目。現任上海交大智邦科技有限公司董事長,并獲評上海市產業領軍人才。近十年來,專注于柔性制造系統在企業數字化轉型中的技術開發與應用,主持開發的高端汽車動力裝備的全數字化生產線項目榮獲“中國機械工業技術發明獎一等獎”。基于工作實踐與大量案例研究,在博士學習期間聚焦于不同制造模式下數字化轉型所創造的有形價值與無形價值,深入探索數字化轉型的價值創造模式與長期價值治理,為企業發展提供有效的學術理論指導。

論文摘要
數字化轉型已成為制造業突破增長瓶頸、重塑核心競爭力的關鍵路徑。然而,眾多企業陷入“轉型悖論”——認知共識與轉型成效之間出現顯著脫節,其核心癥結在于傳統投資評價方法難以有效衡量數字化創造的多維價值。
本研究從運營管理視角出發,聚焦不同制造情境下數字化價值創造的機理與評價方法。研究構建了由價值識別、價值創造、價值衡量與價值治理構成的四維價值框架,并開發了增強型數字化投資回報模型。通過針對離散制造(EDS-2項目)與流程制造(MB項目)的對比案例實證研究,得出以下核心發現:1)數字化價值實現存在顯著的“情境異質性”,離散制造的價值創造高度依賴無形戰略收益與協同價值,而流程制造則表現為有形財務收益主導;2)數字化生產線的透明可追溯能力能夠產生“產能信任溢價”,突破傳統的“按硬件資產分配訂單”的物理約束,在不增加重資產投入的情況下獲取超額訂單紅利;3)數字化轉型初期必然伴隨負面成本外溢,但經歷3至5年的動態回收期后,能夠實現10%-19%的穩健年化復合回報,驗證了“長期主義”的戰略價值;4)基于多維數據的價值治理是實現轉型價值持續釋放的閉環保障,能夠將運營過程中的“痛點”轉化為未來利潤增長點。

Abstract
Digital transformation has become a critical pathway for the manufacturing industry to overcome growth bottlenecks and reshape core competitiveness. However, a large number of enterprises are trapped in the "transformation paradox", characterized by a disconnect between cognitive consensus and tangible outcomes. The core issue lies in the traditional investment evaluation methods how to effectively measure the multi-dimensional value created by digitalization.
From the perspective of operations management, this study focuses on the mechanisms and evaluation methods of digital value creation in different manufacturing contexts. A four-dimensional value framework is proposed, comprised of Value Identification, Value Creation, Value Measure, and Value Governance, and an Enhanced Digital Investment Return Model is developed. Through empirical study on comparative cases of discrete manufacturing (the EDS-2 project) and process manufacturing (the MB project), the key findings are concluded: 1) The realization of digital value exhibits significant "contextual heterogeneity"; value creation in discrete manufacturing is highly dependent on intangible strategic gains and synergy value, whereas in process manufacturing, it is dominated by tangible financial gains; 2) The transparent traceability capabilities of digital production lines can generate a "capacity trust premium", breaking free from the traditional physical constraint of "allocating orders based on hardware assets" and securing excess order dividends without increasing heavy asset investment; 3) The initial stage of digital transformation is inevitably accompanied by negative cost spillovers; however, after navigating a 3-to-5-year dynamic payback period, a robust annualized compound return of 10%-19% can be achieved, validating the strategic value of "long-termism"; and 4) Value governance based on multi-dimensional data serves as a closed-loop mechanism to ensure the sustained release of transformation value, enabling the conversion of operational "pain points" into future profit increments.
