聯(lián)合國婦女署中國辦公室現(xiàn)招募一名南南合作促進(jìn)性別平等項(xiàng)目助理(Programme Associate)，為南南合作促進(jìn)性別平等項(xiàng)目組提供項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào)、研究分析、宣傳倡導(dǎo)、項(xiàng)目報(bào)告以及行政支持等工作。

初始合同期限：到2026年12月31日

技能和經(jīng)驗(yàn)：

Education and Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in international relations, development studies, political science is desirable.

Skills and Experience:

• At least one year of experience in international relations, development studies, political science, administration, procurement, or logistic service.

• Motivated to contribute towards gender equality, international development and to serve others;

• Exposure and experience in international development, SSC, triangular cooperation and multilateralism is desired;

• Strong problem-solving abilities, including conceptual framing, issue analysis, conducting in-depth research, and persisting through setbacks to deliver evidence-based, actionable solutions;

• Track record of developing analytics, conducting independent research and data collection using various methods;

• Speaking and writing clearly and effectively in both Chinese and English;

• Working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve organisational goals;

• Good interpersonal, networking and communication skills;

• Flexible and open to learning and new experiences;

• Respect for diversity and adaptability to other cultures, environments and living conditions;

• Previous experience as a volunteer and/or experience of another culture, (i.e. studies, volunteer work, internship) would be highly regarded;

• Computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media, and others).
