農業農村部部長喊你：少吃點油

據新華社消息，農業農村部部長韓俊3月9日在十四屆全國人大四次會議第二場“部長通道”上表示，現在我國居民食物消費中，油吃得多、豆和奶消費偏少，人均烹調用油量超出科學膳食推薦量的40%，人均奶類消費量僅為世界平均的三分之一，大豆及豆制品攝入不到推薦量的60%。我們建議適當減油、增豆、加奶。

Chinese Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Han Jun, highlighted the need for dietary adjustments and a strategic shift towards higher-quality agricultural production on Monday.

Speaking at an interview after the second plenary meeting of the fourth session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC), Han pointed out an imbalance in the nation's food consumption. He noted that while cooking oil intake is 40 percent above scientific dietary recommendations, the consumption of milk and soybeans lags significantly behind. Per capita milk consumption is only one-third of the world average, and the intake of soy and its derivatives is less than 60 percent of the recommended level. Consequently, he suggested the public should consider reducing oil consumption while increasing the intake of beans and dairy products.

據央視新聞消息，韓俊現場給大家“報賬”：去年，肉類產量首次突破1億噸，也就是全國人均占有量72.3公斤，超過世界平均水平；禽蛋產量3498萬噸，人均25.4公斤，超世界發達國家的水平；水產品產量7657萬噸，人均54.4公斤，超世界平均水平；牛奶產量4091萬噸，人均29.1公斤；蔬菜超8億噸，水果超3.6億噸，總量和人均在全世界都是名列前茅的。

Despite these consumption patterns, Han reported that China's agricultural output remains robust. He provided key production figures for the previous year, showcasing the country's capacity to feed its population:

Meat: Production surpassed 100 million tons for the first time, providing a per capita share of 72.3 kg, exceeding the global average.

Poultry Eggs: Output reached 34.98 million tons, with a per capita share of 25.4 kg, surpassing levels in developed countries.

Aquatic Products: Production hit 76.57 million tons, translating to a per capita share of 54.4 kg, also above the world average.

Milk: Output stood at 40.91 million tons, with a per capita share of 29.1 kg.

Vegetables and Fruits: Vegetable production exceeded 800 million tons, and fruit production topped 360 million tons, with both total output and per capita figures ranking among the highest globally.

現在，農產品供給是充足的，品種是豐富的，市場上的農產品是琳瑯滿目的，一年四季你想吃啥都有，都買得到！

"Agricultural product supplies are sufficient, varieties are abundant, and the markets are full of a wide variety of products. No matter the season, you can find and buy whatever you want to eat," Han said, summarizing the current state of market supply.

韓俊說，過去不少農產品在田間地頭“提籃小賣”，一些農產品沒有經過產后處理“披頭散發”地賣，好產品沒有賣出好價錢。今后要學會給農產品“梳妝打扮”，加強產后處理加工。

隨著人民生活水平的提高，消費者對農產品要求不僅要吃飽，更要吃好，吃得安全，吃得健康。今后抓農業要由產量主導向產量品質并重轉變，進一步提高農產品質量，提供更多的質量更高、口感更好、營養更均衡的農產品。
