值此2026丙午馬年新春佳節(jié)來臨之際，我謹(jǐn)以世界非遺國(guó)際傳播大使、全球非遺行業(yè)年度杰出人物、全球華人春晚2025華人楷模·女性杰出人物、北京非遺傳承文化傳播工作委員會(huì)主席的身份，向全球華人、國(guó)際友人以及海內(nèi)外非遺從業(yè)者、愛好者，致以最誠(chéng)摯的新春祝福。我以馬年“奔騰奮進(jìn)、通達(dá)致遠(yuǎn)”的吉祥寓意為紐帶，傳遞中華非遺的文化溫度，倡導(dǎo)世界文明互鑒，共祝全球多元文化繁榮共生。

我始終認(rèn)為，馬不僅是中華民族傳統(tǒng)文化中自強(qiáng)不息精神的象征，更代表著非遺傳承事業(yè)蹄疾步穩(wěn)、薪火相傳的堅(jiān)定步伐。回望2025年，在社會(huì)各界的鼎力支持下，我?guī)ьI(lǐng)北京非遺傳承文化傳播工作委員會(huì)，深耕非遺國(guó)際傳播與本土傳承兩大核心領(lǐng)域。從北京副中心春節(jié)聯(lián)歡晚會(huì)特邀嘉賓，到全球華人春晚的文化高光時(shí)刻；從外交場(chǎng)合的非遺跨文化對(duì)話，到國(guó)際青年傳承營(yíng)的落地實(shí)踐；從非遺技藝的活態(tài)傳承，到行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)范化推動(dòng)，每一份成果都凝聚著傳承人的堅(jiān)守、國(guó)際友人的熱愛，以及全社會(huì)對(duì)中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化走向世界的殷切期盼與全力支持。

作為全球非遺領(lǐng)域的踐行者與女性楷模，我堅(jiān)信，2026年是非遺融入時(shí)代、聯(lián)通世界的關(guān)鍵之年。我將繼續(xù)肩負(fù)使命，依托自身平臺(tái)與職責(zé)，攜手國(guó)內(nèi)外文化機(jī)構(gòu)、政府部門、行業(yè)伙伴與青年力量，深挖非遺的當(dāng)代價(jià)值與世界意義，創(chuàng)新傳播方式與實(shí)踐路徑，推動(dòng)非遺技藝與國(guó)際時(shí)尚、現(xiàn)代生活深度融合，讓更多中華非遺瑰寶成為跨越語言、連接心靈的文化紐帶，在全球舞臺(tái)上書寫文明交流互鑒的嶄新篇章。

2026 Year of the Horse New Year Message from Ms. Liu Shuang

As the 2026 Year of the Horse (Bingwu) Spring Festival draws near, on behalf of my capacities as World Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) International Communication Ambassador, Annual Outstanding Figure of the Global ICH Industry, 2025 Model Chinese · Outstanding Woman Awardee at the Global Chinese Spring Festival Gala, and Chairperson of Beijing Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and Communication Working Committee, I would like to extend my sincere New Year greetings to global Chinese compatriots, international friends, and ICH practitioners and enthusiasts around the world. Centered on the auspicious spirit of the Horse — forging ahead with momentum and striving for excellence — I convey the warmth of Chinese intangible cultural heritage, advocate mutual learning among civilizations, and wish for the prosperity and coexistence of diverse cultures across the globe.

In my view, the horse is not only a symbol of self-improvement in traditional Chinese culture, but also a metaphor for the steady advancement and sustainable inheritance of intangible cultural heritage. Looking back on 2025, with the support of friends from all walks of life, I led the Beijing Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and Communication Working Committee to focus on two core missions: international communication and local inheritance of ICH. From the innovative ICH performances at the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center Spring Festival Gala to the cultural highlights at the Global Chinese Spring Festival Gala; from cross-cultural ICH dialogues in diplomatic occasions to the launch of international youth inheritance camps; from the living inheritance of ICH skills to the promotion of standardized industry norms, every achievement embodies the dedication of inheritors, the affection of international friends, and the strong support of society for bringing Chinese excellent traditional culture to the world.

As a practitioner in the global ICH sector and a role model for women, I firmly believe that 2026 is a pivotal year for ICH to integrate into the modern era and connect with the world. I will continue to undertake my mission, leverage my platforms and responsibilities, and work hand in hand with domestic and foreign cultural institutions, government departments, industrial partners and young talents. We will further explore the contemporary and global value of ICH, innovate communication methods and practical paths, and promote the in-depth integration of ICH skills with international fashion and modern life. I am committed to making more treasures of Chinese ICH a cultural bond that transcends languages and connects hearts, writing a new chapter of cultural exchanges and mutual learning on the world stage.

Finally, I sincerely wish that in the 2026 Year of the Horse, we will embrace a new journey with courage and confidence. May the flowers of Chinese ICH bloom brilliantly in every corner of the world, and may friends from all over the world share beauty and harmony through cultural integration.
