The "color?" White. Cloud Dancer (PANTONE 11-4201) to be more exact. The company described it as "a lofty white that serves as a symbol of calming influence in a society rediscovering the value of quiet reflection" in an announcement Thursday.

In 2026, Cloud Dancer and its Pantone trademark will appear on everything from Motorola smartphones and Command strips to Post-it Notes, Joybird furniture, and even Play-doh. Yes, these products are more or less just white.

潘通（英語：Pantone Inc，又叫彩通）總部位于美國新澤西州卡爾士達特市（Carlstadt, NJ），是一家專門開發和研究色彩而聞名全球的機構，也是色彩系統的供應商，提供許多行業包括印刷及其他關于顏色如數字技術、紡織、塑膠、建筑以及室內設計等的專業色彩選擇和精確的交流語言。
2007年10月，色彩管理與設備公司愛色麗（X-Rite）以1.8億美元收購潘通為全資子公司。
自2000年起，潘通色彩研究所（英語：Pantone Color Institute）每年都會選出一款特定顏色作為“年度代表色”。
潘通每年會兩次在歐洲某一首都城市舉辦秘密會議，邀請各國色彩標準組織的代表參加。經過兩天的演講和辯論，他們會選出下一年的代表色。
