Programme Assistant將在性別平等融資分析師的指導下，承擔“Bridging the Financing Gap” Programme and the Joint UN Programme 在中國項目組合的可持續金融支持工作。Programme Assistant需提供及時、準確的行政與后勤服務，包括策劃各類活動和研討會，并確保所有業務活動（如采購、財務等）嚴格遵循聯合國婦女署的政策與流程。

此外，Programme Assistant需高效協調溝通事宜，包括制作和推廣高質量的宣傳材料，以提升項目知名度。同時，要及時準備并監督項目預算、財務報告及相關支持文件，確保全面遵循聯合國的財務規定。Programme Assistant還需負責維護有序、便捷的數據庫、程序文件和記錄系統，為項目的規劃、報告和評估提供有力支持，確保項目運作的高效性和成效性。

Functional Competencies:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under time constraints

• Knowledge of gender equality and women’s empowerment is highly desirable

• Proven ability to provide logistical and operational support for programme activities, including events, workshops, and missions

• Familiarity with programme management principles and processes, including work planning, monitoring, and reporting

• Proficiency in data and document management, ensuring accuracy and maintaining organized records

• Financial and budgeting skills, including experience in procurement and processing financial transactions

• Ability to draft, edit, and present information in clear, concise, and professional formats, including reports and correspondence

• Good IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial and administrative systems

技能和經驗：

Education and certification：

• Completion of secondary education is required

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, international development, international relations, accounting, economics, international development, public administration, public policy, or other relevant social science field is desirable

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or programme coordination roles, preferably within international organizations or multilateral cooperation programmes

• Proficiency in programme support functions, including event coordination, stakeholder liaison, and logistics management is required

• Experience in budget preparation, financial reporting, and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies is required

• Familiarity with programme planning, monitoring, and reporting, with the ability to draft reports using results-based language is an asset

• Experience working closely with government bodies, financial institutions, research institutions, and private sector entities in China is desirable

• Experience in data and document management, including handling correspondence, reports, and maintaining organized records and workflows is desirable

• Experience working on gender equality and women’s empowerment is desirable is desirable

• Experience within the United Nations system or similar international organization or multilateral cooperation programmes is desirable

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Chinese is required, which includes excellent written skills (including reporting skills) and other communication skills

• Working knowledge of the other UN official working languages is an asset
