反轉(zhuǎn)了，確認(rèn)系擺拍！3人被行拘

公安部網(wǎng)安局9日發(fā)布消息，近日，云南麗江網(wǎng)警接到網(wǎng)民舉報(bào)，部分網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)出現(xiàn)多條 “在云南深山救助流浪女子” 的短視頻。

視頻中，“流浪女子” 衣衫襤褸、蜷縮于木屋中，拍攝者故作關(guān)切詢問其傷情來歷，并聲稱將為其更換被褥、提供食物等。相關(guān)視頻發(fā)布后迅速引發(fā)網(wǎng)民廣泛關(guān)注與熱議，部分網(wǎng)民還表示愿意捐款、寄送愛心物資。

Three people have been detained in Southwest China's Yunnan province for staging fake "rescue" videos of a supposed homeless woman to attract online traffic and donations, CCTV reported on Thursday.

In the clips, the filmer appeared to express concern for her condition and claimed they would provide food and bedding, prompting widespread attention and offers of donations from viewers.

接報(bào)后，麗江網(wǎng)警第一時(shí)間依法開展核查工作。

Police in Lijiang launched an investigation after multiple short videos began circulating online showing a ragged woman curled up inside a wooden hut in a remote mountainous area.

經(jīng)查，網(wǎng)民劉某、阿某某為博取流量、吸引眼球，二人從黑龍江前往云南麗江，雇傭楊某某并將其化裝成 “流浪女子”，自2026年3月28日以來，按照預(yù)設(shè)劇本擺拍“發(fā)現(xiàn)”“救助”等情節(jié)，先后發(fā)布10余條虛假視頻，誤導(dǎo)社會(huì)公眾，擾亂網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間秩序與公共秩序。

Authorities later found that two individuals, surnamed Liu and A, had traveled from Heilongjiang province to Lijiang and hired a third person, Yang, to play the role of the "homeless woman". Since March 28, the group had scripted and filmed more than 10 staged videos portraying scenes of "discovery" and "rescue", police said.

根據(jù)《中華人民共和國治安管理處罰法》相關(guān)規(guī)定，麗江市公安機(jī)關(guān)依法對(duì)劉某、阿某某分別處以行政拘留五日，對(duì)楊某某處以行政拘留二日的行政處罰。

The videos misled the public and disrupted online order, authorities added. Liu and A were each given five days of administrative detention, while Yang received two days.

網(wǎng)警提示：網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間不是法外之地，網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為必須嚴(yán)守法律底線與公序良俗。廣大網(wǎng)民應(yīng)自覺遵守網(wǎng)絡(luò)法律法規(guī)，做到不造謠、不信謠、不傳謠，共同維護(hù)良好網(wǎng)絡(luò)生態(tài)。對(duì)利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)編造傳播虛假信息、惡意炒作、擾亂公共秩序的違法違規(guī)行為，公安機(jī)關(guān)網(wǎng)安部門將始終堅(jiān)持依法嚴(yán)厲查處，持續(xù)凈化網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境，切實(shí)維護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間清朗有序。
