人民財訊4月9日電，為進(jìn)一步規(guī)范民用爆炸物品進(jìn)出口行政處罰行為，保障行政相對人合法權(quán)益，依據(jù)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)及政策要求，工業(yè)和信息化部安全生產(chǎn)司組織編制了《民用爆炸物品進(jìn)出口領(lǐng)域行政處罰裁量權(quán)基準(zhǔn)（征求意見稿）》，現(xiàn)公開征求意見。
