聯合國安理會7日就一項涉霍爾木茲海峽決議草案進行表決。15個成員中，11票贊成，巴基斯坦和哥倫比亞棄權，作為常任理事國的中國和俄羅斯投反對票。草案歷經六輪修改未獲通過。表決結束后，中國大使傅聰對記者表示，今天投票時機極為不當。傅聰表示，美國總統的言論，各方有目共睹，安理會此時通過這樣的決議極其危險。（記者 張旻璐）
