守一份自然清歡，過一生從容心安

人這一輩子，忙忙碌碌大半輩子，追過名，逐過利，總想把日子過得轟轟烈烈，以為擁有的越多，就越幸福。可走到最后才恍然發(fā)覺，最舒服的生活，從不是繁花似錦、熱鬧喧囂，而是褪去滿身浮躁，守一份自然清歡，把平凡日子過成自己喜歡的模樣，收獲一生的從容心安。

我們總在世俗的洪流里跟著奔跑，看著別人的光鮮，就慌了自己的腳步；羨慕別人的富足，就亂了自己的心態(tài)。于是拼命追趕，把自己逼得喘不過氣，忽略了三餐四季的溫暖，錯過了身邊細(xì)碎的美好，到頭來，賺得了滿身疲憊，卻丟了內(nèi)心的安寧。

其實(shí)生活本不必如此擁擠，幸福也從不是攀比而來。自然清歡，從來都藏在最簡單的日常里，它不用大富大貴，無需萬眾矚目，不過是用心對待三餐，溫柔接納日常，不慌不忙，不攀不比，在平淡中尋愜意，在安穩(wěn)里守初心。

清歡，是不迎合世俗，活得自在隨心。

身邊總有太多聲音，教我們該如何生活：要賺多少錢，要住多大的房子，要活成別人羨慕的樣子。可我們偏偏忘了，日子是自己的，不是過給別人看的。有人偏愛燈紅酒綠的熱鬧，就有人喜歡清茶淡飯的安靜；有人追求功成名就的輝煌，就有人安于柴米油鹽的平淡。

要知道，世事無常，萬般皆是過往，那些讓你糾結(jié)的得失，讓你煩惱的瑣事，不過是人生路上的小小插曲。學(xué)會釋懷，看淡得失，不與生活較勁，不與自己為難。得之坦然，失之淡然，順其自然，隨遇而安，心無雜念，方能從容自在。

清歡，是珍惜日常煙火，活得溫暖心安。

真正的清歡，從不是遠(yuǎn)離塵世、避世獨(dú)居，而是身處煙火人間，依然能守住內(nèi)心的恬淡。
