近日,江蘇昆山一公司發(fā)布放三天帶薪春假的通知引發(fā)網(wǎng)友關(guān)注。
A machinery company in Kunshan, Jiangsu province, has introduced a three-day paid spring break for its employees — separate from annual leave and with no makeup days — sparking widespread attention online.

據(jù)報道,這家位于昆山的機(jī)電設(shè)備公司表示,帶薪春假是在職工年休假之外新設(shè)的,前后不調(diào)休。和清明假期連休,該公司的員工可享受六天假期。放假通知中寫道,“要拼搏,也要有停下來的從容。這三天不看工作消息,不趕會議進(jìn)度,可以陪孩子放風(fēng)箏、陪父母踏青,或者把自己變回小孩——追一朵云,看一場花開,躺在草地上發(fā)發(fā)呆。”同時,該公司也制定了春假期間應(yīng)急方案。
The break coincides with the local school system's spring holiday (April 1–3) and, combined with the Qingming Festival, gives staff six consecutive days off. "Striving hard matters, but so does the grace to pause," the company said in its notice. "No work messages, no meetings. Fly kites with your children, or simply turn back into a child — chasing clouds, watching flowers bloom, lying on the grass."

據(jù)了解,江蘇省從今年開始執(zhí)行中小學(xué)春秋假制度,蘇州等大部分地區(qū)的春假在4月1日至3日。
目前,江蘇省內(nèi)13個設(shè)區(qū)市均已就落實職工帶薪休假以及銜接中小學(xué)春秋假事項發(fā)出倡議書,倡導(dǎo)用人單位制定年度職工休假計劃、組織療休養(yǎng)活動時充分考慮與本地中小學(xué)春秋假匹配,便于有未成年子女的職工家庭共同休假。
The move comes as Jiangsu province officially rolls out spring and autumn breaks for primary and secondary schools this year.
All 13 prefecture-level cities have issued proposals encouraging employers to align paid leave with school holidays, making it easier for working parents to take time off with their children.
蘇州還鼓勵用人單位與工會組織、職工代表開展集體協(xié)商,將錯峰休假、彈性調(diào)休等納入集體合同,明確有中小學(xué)子女的職工在中小學(xué)春秋假期間的休假權(quán)利。
In Suzhou, authorities are promoting collective bargaining to include flexible scheduling and staggered leave in labor agreements, explicitly supporting the leave rights of employees with school-age children.
而昆山這家企業(yè)有職工31人,其中20多人的子女在念中小學(xué),其帶薪春假正好與當(dāng)?shù)刂行W(xué)春假的時間重合。
多地鼓勵“學(xué)生放春秋假,家長同步休”
近些年,多地中小學(xué)生放春假的消息引發(fā)關(guān)注。與此同時,不少職工家庭也開始反映“學(xué)生放假、家長無休”的問題。
而現(xiàn)在,不光是蘇州,已經(jīng)有多地將春秋假和帶薪休假一并考慮,提出了破解之策。
浙江省人社廳、省總工會等4部門印發(fā)《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步貫徹落實帶薪年休假制度的通知》,切實維護(hù)職工休息休假權(quán)益。通知提到,鼓勵用人單位創(chuàng)新假期使用方式,支持職工將年休假與法定節(jié)假日、周末調(diào)休、補(bǔ)休相結(jié)合,形成“組合假期”。中小學(xué)生春秋假、寒暑假期間,對有未成年子女照護(hù)需求的職工優(yōu)先安排調(diào)休、補(bǔ)休或年休假。積極推動錯峰休假。
Similar initiatives are emerging nationwide. Zhejiang province encourages combining annual leave with statutory holidays and school breaks to create longer family-friendly vacations.
安徽合肥市提出,為家長看護(hù)學(xué)生、旅游出行提供方便,鼓勵用人單位結(jié)合帶薪休假制度,根據(jù)工作實際采取錯峰休假、調(diào)休補(bǔ)休等措施,優(yōu)先滿足有未成年子女的職工休假需求。
安徽宣城市人社局、市總工會、市教育體育局聯(lián)合發(fā)布《關(guān)于落實中小學(xué)春秋假制度推行職工帶薪錯峰休假的倡議書》,建議提前摸排家有義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)生的職工需求,鼓勵用人單位在保障正常生產(chǎn)秩序的前提下,支持職工將帶薪年休假進(jìn)行靈活拆分,與孩子的春秋假、法定節(jié)假日巧妙拼合,實現(xiàn)錯峰休假、錯峰出行。
安徽蕪湖市在《關(guān)于在中小學(xué)春秋假期間保障有學(xué)生子女的職工休假的倡議》提出,鼓勵用人單位采取分段休假、調(diào)劑用工等人性化措施,保障職工在春秋假期間帶薪休假。鼓勵用人單位、工會組織或職工代表通過集體協(xié)商,保障有子女在中小學(xué)就讀的職工在春秋假期間的休假權(quán)利。
Cities in Anhui — including Hefei, Xuancheng, and Wuhu — have urged employers to prioritize leave requests from employees with school-age children.
江蘇泰州市總工會與市人社局聯(lián)合發(fā)布倡議,鼓勵基層工會根據(jù)實際組織會員開展春秋游,鼓勵用人單位根據(jù)自身條件開展職工子女托管、托育等關(guān)愛活動。
江蘇常州市人社局發(fā)布倡議,明確對于帶薪休假制度健全、錯峰休假政策執(zhí)行成效明顯的企業(yè),人社部門將作為和諧勞動關(guān)系創(chuàng)建工作先進(jìn)集體評選的關(guān)鍵加分項,在就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)、社會保險、人才政策、特殊工時許可有效期審批等方面予以重點傾斜。
江蘇淮安市協(xié)調(diào)勞動關(guān)系三方委員會發(fā)出倡議,支持職工“應(yīng)休盡休”,通過集體協(xié)商將休息休假安排與職工共商共議。倡議特別提出,“工作是為了更好地生活,而生活也會帶來更好的工作動力”。
In Jiangsu, Taizhou and Huai'an have called for spring outings, childcare support, and flexible leave to improve worklife balance, while Changzhou has introduced incentives that make staggered leave a factor in corporate evaluations for harmonious labor relations.
"Work is for a better life, and life in turn brings better motivation for work," read one proposal from Huai'an.
