財聯社3月23日電，國務院新聞辦公室今天（23日）舉行的新聞發布會上，國家知識產權局介紹，專利轉化運用專項行動期間，全國高校和科研機構的約8萬件發明專利成功實現產業化。截至2025年底，高校、科研機構發明專利產業化率分別達到10.1%、17.2%，與專項行動前相比均明顯提升。一批高質量的存量專利被挖掘出來并實現轉化。
