“如果全世界都指責(zé)你,我就帶你去吃‘劉文祥’”……一句魔性臺詞,讓這個麻辣燙品牌在2026年初的初春迎來了現(xiàn)象級的爆紅。
3月14日,“劉文祥鴨肉當(dāng)豬肉牛肉賣”的相關(guān)話題卻沖上熱搜。有媒體調(diào)查后發(fā)現(xiàn),多家劉文祥門店存在食材以次充好、標(biāo)注混亂等問題。

據(jù)《第一幫幫團(tuán)》消息,廈門一家劉文祥門店的肥牛卷,在外賣平臺標(biāo)注為肥牛/牛肉,店員也宣稱是牛肉,實則產(chǎn)品包裝袋顯示為鴨肉。
漳州一家門店同樣存在違規(guī)情況。店員向顧客介紹黑椒肉柳、閩南肉羹、蠔油肉片為豬肉,肥牛卷為牛肉,但記者核對后廚配料表后發(fā)現(xiàn),這些食材的主要原料均為鴨肉。
According to media reports, a Liu Wenxiang Malatang branch in Zhangzhou, Fujian province was found to have serious labeling violations. Staff told customers that items such as black pepper "pork strips", Minnan-style "pork" soup and oyster sauce "pork" slices were made from pork, while "beef" rolls were labeled as beef. However, reporters inspecting the kitchen's ingredient list discovered that the main ingredient in all of these dishes was duck meat.
部分門店被記者指出問題后,店員口頭答應(yīng)會如實告知消費者,轉(zhuǎn)頭卻繼續(xù)誤導(dǎo)新到店的顧客,整改僅停留在表面。面對質(zhì)疑,有店員竟辯解稱:“牛肉都三四十一斤,我們才賣二十一斤,你覺得有可能是純的牛肉嗎?”

除了食材以次充好,劉文祥麻辣燙的食材標(biāo)注也極不規(guī)范:噴火牛扒、麻辣肉片等食材,在線上平臺標(biāo)注為牛肉、豬肉,可線下門店店員卻坦言,其實都是鴨肉。該門店外賣月銷均達(dá)數(shù)千單。
The mislabeling extended to online orders as well. Food delivery platforms listed items such as "beef steak" and "spicy pork slices" as beef and pork, but store employees later admitted they were actually made from duck. The outlet was reported to handle thousands of takeout orders each month.

更離譜的是,同一款蠔油肉片,在不同外賣平臺竟分別標(biāo)注為雞肉、鴨肉,連雞鴨品類都含糊不清。

而面對食材標(biāo)注錯誤,門店卻以各類借口推脫,回避自身問題:“沒時間改”“平臺運營搞錯”“總部統(tǒng)一用圖失誤”。
報道稱,作為全國超2800家加盟店的連鎖品牌,劉文祥在網(wǎng)紅熱度下快速擴(kuò)張,卻忽視了品控管理。自主采購讓食材質(zhì)量難以統(tǒng)一把控,總部對門店的標(biāo)注規(guī)范、經(jīng)營行為缺乏有效監(jiān)管,最終導(dǎo)致亂象叢生。

另外,@烏魯木齊高新區(qū)市場監(jiān)管 3月14日發(fā)布的“突擊檢查劉文祥”的視頻顯示,店面現(xiàn)場環(huán)境堪憂,引發(fā)網(wǎng)友大量轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)。

此前有媒體報道稱,近日,有劉文祥門店由于訂單量激增,玉米粉、土豆粉、麻辣拌已因供貨不足而售罄,具體補(bǔ)貨時間尚不明確。而劉文祥僅規(guī)定底料和幾款特色面條需指定采購,其余食材由加盟商自行采買。
同時,劉文祥麻辣燙的食品安全問題在社交媒體上屢見不鮮。在黑貓投訴平臺以“劉文祥”為關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行搜索,共有859條投訴。

3月14日晚,福建多地市場監(jiān)管部門展開行動,突擊檢查劉文祥門店。目前,部分涉事門店已被要求立即進(jìn)行整改。
