997名不適格父母，被撤銷監護人資格！

第十四屆全國人民代表大會第四次會議于9日上午在北京人民大會堂舉行第二次全體會議，最高人民法院院長張軍作最高人民法院工作報告。報告顯示：

Zhang Jun, president of the Supreme People's Court, on Monday said Chinese courts maintain zero tolerance for crimes against minors, according to a work report delivered at the national legislature.

對侵害未成年人犯罪零容忍

審結侵害未成年人犯罪案件4萬件4.4萬人，1199人被禁止從事密切接觸未成年人工作，對殘害未成年人、罪行極其嚴重的犯罪分子依法判處死刑。

Courts concluded 40,000 cases involving crimes against minors, punishing 44,000 offenders. Among them, 1,199 people were banned from jobs involving close contact with minors, while criminals who severely abused children and committed extremely serious offenses were sentenced to death in accordance with the law.

加強未成年人犯罪預防治理

堅持寬嚴相濟、懲教結合，對殺害女同學的某14歲學生依法頂格判處無期徒刑，對2356名實施嚴重暴力犯罪的未成年人判處五年以上重刑，對5822名輕微犯罪未成年人依法從寬處罰。綜合施治做好教育、感化、挽救工作，未成年人犯罪高發勢頭得到有效遏制。

Authorities also strengthened efforts to address juvenile crime, sentencing 2,356 minors involved in serious violent offenses to more than five years in prison, while 5,822 minors involved in minor crimes received lenient punishment focusing on education and rehabilitation.

促推形成未成年人保護合力

依法撤銷997名不適格父母監護人資格，對搶奪、藏匿未成年子女的父母依法發出人格權侵害禁令435份，同比分別增長66.7%、90.8%。

Courts further revoked guardianship rights from 997 unqualified parents and issued 435 protection orders against parents who abducted or hid their minor children.
