4月18日晚，2026年廣東省城市籃球聯賽（簡稱“粵BA”）第四輪常規賽打響，中山隊客場挑戰佛山隊。經過四節激烈較量，中山隊在最后一節實現比分反超，以97:89戰勝對手，延續開賽以來的全勝勢頭。在前三輪比賽中，中山隊先后戰勝廣州隊、茂名隊和陽江隊。
