有些路，只能自己走；有些期待，注定會落空

很多人走到分手、斷聯的那一步，都會問一句：“你到底還愛不愛我？”

其實答案往往不是不愛，而是不敢再愛了。那些看似突然的轉身，從來都不是一時沖動，而是無數個失望的瞬間堆起來的決定。

年輕時我們總以為，愛能抵萬難，只要真心付出，就能換來同等的回應。于是掏心掏肺，把所有溫柔和耐心都給了對方，期待著兩個人一起把日子過成想要的樣子。可后來才發現，有些路，只能自己走；有些期待，注定會落空。

你滿心歡喜地分享日常，換來的是敷衍的“嗯”“哦”；你生病難受需要陪伴，對方卻忙著自己的事，連一句關心都懶得說；你一次次妥協退讓，以為忍一忍就能過去，可對方卻把你的包容當成理所當然，變本加厲地忽略你的感受。

每一次失望，就像往心里丟一顆小石子，起初沒什么感覺，可日子久了，石子越堆越多，心就被壓得喘不過氣。你不是沒有給過機會，一次、兩次、三次……你告訴自己再等等，也許對方會改，也許一切會好起來。可等到最后，只等到了更深的失望，和一個徹底涼透的心。

真正讓人死心的，從來不是驚天動地的大事，而是那些藏在細節里的不在意：是忘記的承諾，是忽視的情緒，是你哭紅了眼睛，對方卻覺得你矯情；是你拼盡全力靠近，對方卻始終站在原地，甚至往后退。

當失望攢到滿格，再熱的心也會變冷，再執著的人也會放手。不是不愛了，而是明白了，單向奔赴的感情，終究走不到終點；自我消耗的關系，只會耗盡所有的光。

離開從來都不是目的，解脫才是。很多人在走出那段糟糕的關系后，才真正活成了自己喜歡的樣子。不用再小心翼翼看誰的臉色，不用再熬夜等一條消息，不用再因為別人的忽略而自我懷疑。你開始把時間和精力花在自己身上，好好吃飯，認真工作，去見想見的人，去做想做的事。

你會發現，當你不再把希望寄托在別人身上，反而擁有了前所未有的底氣。那些曾經讓你輾轉反側的人和事，終究會成為過往；那些流過的眼淚，都會變成照亮前路的光。
