隨著2026年米蘭-科爾蒂納冬殘奧會(huì)近日落下帷幕，中國(guó)體育代表團(tuán)以15金13銀16銅，總計(jì)44枚獎(jiǎng)牌的成績(jī)，位居金牌榜和獎(jiǎng)牌榜第一位，創(chuàng)造了我國(guó)在境外參加冬殘奧會(huì)的歷史最好成績(jī)。

As the curtain came down on the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Paralympic Games recently, China topped the medal tally with 15 gold, 13 silver and 16 bronze medals, marking the nation's best showing at an overseas Winter Paralympics.

“三冠王”蔡佳云：

“我不是天生的強(qiáng)者，

我要做追夢(mèng)的勇士”

冬季兩項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員蔡佳云在本屆冬殘奧會(huì)上勇奪站姿組3枚金牌，也是中國(guó)代表團(tuán)首金獲得者。在男子短距離追逐賽中，蔡佳云在終點(diǎn)前的沖刺階段超越烏克蘭選手，以0.2秒的微弱優(yōu)勢(shì)獲得金牌，第三次站上最高領(lǐng)獎(jiǎng)臺(tái)。

“正常來(lái)說(shuō)，這么短的時(shí)間，還有這么大的差距，我是追不上的，但我還是用了自己強(qiáng)大的意志力去拼搏、去追趕、做到最好。”他說(shuō)道。

At the men's sprint pursuit event, Cai Jiayun, who was trailing in the final stretch, pushed himself to overtake the leading Ukrainian skier just before the finish line to win the race with a 0.2-second lead.

" There seemed to be no way I could catch up given the distance between us and the short time left, " Cai said. " But I drew on my sheer willpower. I just kept fighting, kept chasing, and giving it my all. "

蔡佳云來(lái)自云南省昭通市，兩歲時(shí)因意外失去左臂。回憶第一次站在雪場(chǎng)上，他說(shuō)自己像一個(gè)不會(huì)走路的孩子。“我來(lái)自彝良縣的大山，我不是天生的強(qiáng)者，但我要做追夢(mèng)的勇士。我想用自己的經(jīng)歷告訴大家，只要不懈努力、心懷熱愛，每個(gè)人都能創(chuàng)造不凡的人生。”

"I come from the mountains of Yiliang county. I wasn't born a strong person, but I aim to be a warrior chasing my dreams. I want to use my own experience to show that as long as you work hard and have passion in your heart, everyone can create an extraordinary life," he said.

“平昌老將”劉思彤：

“我在雪上完全是自由的”

科爾蒂納托法納高山滑雪中心的賽道全長(zhǎng)2560米，垂直落差750米，起始坡度達(dá)到64%。這條賽道，31歲的劉思彤在本次冬殘奧會(huì)上征服了5次，獲得4枚銅牌。

“我不害怕陡，有時(shí)候還挺享受這種感覺(jué)的。我身體不方便，但我在雪上完全是自由的，我可以任意操控它，走向任何方向。”她說(shuō)道。

Liu Sitong, who claimed four bronze medals in the alpine skiing sitting class, tackled what many skiers described as the most challenging slopes with joy. "I am not afraid of the steep slopes at all. I actually quite enjoy the risks. Though I have a physical disability, I feel completely free on the snow and can go in any direction I want," she said.

更讓劉思彤開心的是，她身邊有了攜手戰(zhàn)斗的隊(duì)友和團(tuán)隊(duì)。“我從平昌冬奧會(huì)一個(gè)人參賽高山滑雪項(xiàng)目，到現(xiàn)在境外參賽能來(lái)這么多人，中國(guó)隊(duì)現(xiàn)在是一個(gè)大團(tuán)隊(duì)。希望更多人來(lái)參與，來(lái)體驗(yàn)一下冰雪帶來(lái)的快樂(lè)，這種自由、享受的感覺(jué)。”

"Eight years ago (at the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Paralympic Games), I was the only para alpine skier from China, and the number of people on our team has expanded greatly now," she said. "I hope that more people get the opportunity to enjoy the sense of freedom and excitement in winter sports."

輪椅冰壺混雙創(chuàng)造歷史：

“摸著石頭過(guò)河走到今天不容易”

輪椅冰壺混雙是本屆冬殘奧會(huì)新增項(xiàng)目，中國(guó)組合王蒙/楊金橋在決賽中不負(fù)眾望，以9:7戰(zhàn)勝韓國(guó)隊(duì)，奪得該項(xiàng)目歷史上首枚金牌。教練茹霞賽后表示，年輕隊(duì)員楊金橋有闖勁、有悟性，而王蒙非常穩(wěn)定，包容性很強(qiáng)，他們是一對(duì)完美互補(bǔ)的組合。

The Chinese duo defeated South Korea 9-7 in a thrilling final to claim the inaugural mixed doubles title in wheelchair curling. "Yang is young, daring to fight and push, and also very smart. Wang is super stable, unshakable like a mountain, and has a big heart. We believe they complement each other as game partners and that they have great potential," said coach Ru Xia.

輪椅冰壺混雙相較團(tuán)體，節(jié)奏更快，要求戰(zhàn)術(shù)決策快，隊(duì)員默契度高。“這幾年一直都是摸著石頭過(guò)河，過(guò)程真的挺艱難的。”她說(shuō)。“讓我欣慰的是，他們的心態(tài)越來(lái)越穩(wěn)，即使大比分落后或者被偷分的時(shí)候，也能慢慢一個(gè)個(gè)球往回追。”

"There was no roadmap in training, and we had to feel our way forward step by step. Every step of that journey was difficult," she said. "What made me happiest this time was that they didn't rush on the ice anymore. They stayed calm and patiently fought back stone by stone, even when we trailed by a big margin or the opponent kept stealing points."

單板滑雪武中偉：

“這次我追上了，做到了”

在殘奧單板滑雪男子障礙追逐LL1級(jí)項(xiàng)目中，中國(guó)選手武中偉面對(duì)前方兩位選手相撞倒地的突發(fā)情況，迅速調(diào)整方向避開，面對(duì)與領(lǐng)先美國(guó)選手的差距，沖刺加速，幾乎在最后一個(gè)波浪障礙完成超越，一舉奪冠。

In the final of the men's snowboard cross SB-LL1 event, Wu Zhongwei navigated cleanly around two fallen riders, powered through the remainder of the course and executed the final jump better than his opponent to cross the finish line first.

2022年北京冬殘奧會(huì)時(shí)，武中偉在該項(xiàng)目收獲一枚銅牌。“2022年，我看著排第一的選手越滑越遠(yuǎn)，追都追不上。今天我實(shí)現(xiàn)了自身的突破，追上了，做到了。”

"At Beijing 2022, I could only watch the leader move farther and farther ahead until they were out of sight. I simply couldn't catch up,” he said. “This time, I feel I've truly elevated my game. That's why I could push to the front near the end."

中國(guó)殘奧冰球隊(duì)：

“這是一支執(zhí)行力特別強(qiáng)、

勤勞能吃苦的隊(duì)伍”

在最后一個(gè)比賽日，中國(guó)殘奧冰球隊(duì)以3:2逆轉(zhuǎn)戰(zhàn)勝捷克隊(duì)，摘得銅牌，保持了在冬殘奧會(huì)上的歷史最佳戰(zhàn)績(jī)。中國(guó)殘奧冰球隊(duì)外教尼古拉·沙爾舒科夫表示，備戰(zhàn)過(guò)程中，隊(duì)伍的后勤保障非常到位，有自己的冰場(chǎng)和訓(xùn)練基地，食宿條件和訓(xùn)練設(shè)施都滿足要求，也會(huì)根據(jù)需要安排出去打?qū)官悾e累經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Para ice hockey coach Nikolay Sharshukov attributed the team's success partly to the establishment of a dedicated para ice hockey training arena in Beijing, high-quality accommodation and other supportive measures, as well as opportunities to compete abroad in real-game scenarios.
