財(cái)聯(lián)社3月18日電，國際海事組織秘書長(zhǎng)多明戈斯當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間3月18日在國際海事組織第36屆理事會(huì)特別會(huì)議上表示，以色列和美國對(duì)伊朗發(fā)動(dòng)的軍事打擊已導(dǎo)致霍爾木茲海峽發(fā)生多起安全事件，目前已造成7名海員死亡，約2萬名海員滯留在波斯灣海域的海上。多明戈斯在會(huì)上敦促與會(huì)各方提出建設(shè)性措施，以解決當(dāng)前局勢(shì)，并幫助保障海上航運(yùn)安全。
