“減1斤贅肉換1斤牛肉”，沖上熱搜！

近日，江蘇無錫一項“贅肉換牛肉”的體重挑戰活動走紅，迅速登上熱搜。

A community in China's Jiangsu province has launched a weight-loss challenge that rewards participants with beef based on the amount of body fat they shed.

根據江蘇省無錫市梁溪區山北街道發布的招募令，活動面向所有社保關系在山北轄區的在職人員。報名條件為BMI（身體質量指數）≥kg/m2，或女性腰圍≥80厘米，男性腰圍≥90厘米。活動時間為2026年3月20日至12月31日。

According to a notice from Shanbei subdistrict in Wuxi's Liangxi district, the program is open to employees whose social security is registered locally. Applicants must have a BMI of at least 23 kg/m2, or a waistline of 80 cm or more for women and 90 cm or more for men. The campaign will run from March 20 to Dec 31, 2026.

而讓這項活動備受關注的，則是它的獎勵規則——贅肉換牛肉。

2027年1月1日至10日為最終稱重兌獎期，凡是參加活動的人員可以用自己減掉的贅肉去換牛肉：

1斤贅肉換1斤牛肉或換3斤牛骨，

2斤贅肉換1斤牛尾巴，

3斤贅肉換1斤牛內臟（含牛百葉等），

4斤贅肉換1斤牛舌，

多減多得，每人封頂可換20斤贅肉。

Participants can exchange the weight they lose for beef products during a redemption period from Jan 1 to Jan 10, 2027. Under the challenge's rules, every 0.5 kg of weight loss can be traded for 0.5 kg of beef or 1.5 kg of beef bones, while larger reductions qualify for items such as oxtail, offal and beef tongue. Rewards are capped at the equivalent of 10 kg of weight loss per participant.

活動引發網友趣評，“現在搬到這個社區還來得及嗎”“春節吃出來的贅肉也有了用武之地”。

3月12日上午，山北街道工作人員確認，活動“是真的，活動從3月20日開始，目前已經有2000多人報名”。

Local officials said on March 12 that the campaign is genuine and has already received more than 2,000 sign-ups.

該工作人員介紹，活動初衷是希望居民朋友科學地管理體重，增強身體素質、改善精神面貌。“活動啟動后，大家參與熱情很高，甚至一部分尚未參保的大學生，主動聯系工作人員，希望協助對接企業、盡快入職以獲取參賽資格。”

今年3月7日的十四屆全國人大四次會議記者會上，國家衛健委主任雷海潮表示，成人體重指數建議控制在19至24之間，老年人控制在27以內；。國家衛健委將持續開展健康體重管理行動，進一步降低慢性病發病率。

The campaign comes amid growing national attention to healthy weight management. China's top health official said adults are advised to keep their BMI between 19 and 24, with waistlines generally below 90 cm for men and 85 cm for women.
