中國(guó)常駐聯(lián)合國(guó)代表傅聰7日在安理會(huì)表決涉霍爾木茲海峽決議草案后的解釋性發(fā)言中表示，在這場(chǎng)強(qiáng)加于伊朗的戰(zhàn)事極有可能進(jìn)一步升級(jí)的背景下，決議草案如獲通過(guò)，將發(fā)出極為錯(cuò)誤信號(hào)，產(chǎn)生極為嚴(yán)重后果。
