當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間3月20日晚，伊拉克石油部消息人士稱，伊拉克政府決定對(duì)在伊外國(guó)石油公司負(fù)責(zé)開發(fā)的所有油田實(shí)行“不可抗力”措施。若是在油田開發(fā)合同履行過程中出現(xiàn)了無法預(yù)見或無法避免的突發(fā)事件，導(dǎo)致油田暫停生產(chǎn)，伊拉克政府在“不可抗力”因素下將不追究外國(guó)石油公司未完成產(chǎn)量或投資額的違約責(zé)任。（總臺(tái)記者 米春澤）
