王毅談伊朗局勢：這是一場本不應發生的戰爭

王毅說，伊朗局勢是當前國際局勢的焦點。中方秉持客觀公正態度，已多次闡明原則立場，歸結為一句話就是停火止戰。面對陷入戰火的中東，這是一場本不應發生的戰爭，也是一場對各方都沒有好處的戰爭。中方愿再次呼吁：立即停止軍事行動，防止局勢輪番升級，避免戰火外溢蔓延。

王毅指出，拳頭硬不等于道理硬，世界不能退回叢林法則。動輒使用武力并不能證明自己的強大，民眾不能成為戰爭的無辜犧牲品。

Wang said the war in Iran should not have happened, and the ongoing conflict does no one any good.

"Might does not make right, and civilians should not be victimized," he said.

他強調，中東人民是地區的真正主人，中東事務應由地區國家自主決定。策劃“顏色革命”、搞政權更迭不得人心。

He stressed that the people in the Middle East are the true masters of the region, and that regional affairs should be determined by regional countries independently. Plotting color revolution or seeking regime change will find no popular support.

王毅還引用中國古語“仁義不施，而攻守之勢異也”，表示大國理應守公道、行正道，多為中東和平與發展貢獻正能量。

Quoting an ancient Chinese adage, Wang said, "When benevolence and justice are not practiced, the position of strength shifts." He called on major countries to act in the spirit of justice and righteousness, and contribute more positive energy to peace and development in the Middle East.

中方愿再次呼吁：立即停止軍事行動，防止局勢輪番升級，避免戰火外溢蔓延。
